Here's the fix:
- Take the battery out.
- Give it a minute for everything to reset.
- Put the battery back in, make sure it's clicked in place.
- Try a simpler task, like drilling into soft wood or just running it free, to see if it works again.
If that didn't work: Check the battery's charge indicator. Sometimes the cells can be unbalanced, making it show charge but not deliver power. If you have another ONE+ battery, try it. Also, make sure you're using the correct drill setting (not the driver setting) for drilling and you're not forcing it too hard.
