Diagnosis
Bluetooth pairing corruption. A paired device is sending constant connection requests or the soundbar's Bluetooth module is glitching.
How to Fix It
Perform a full Bluetooth reset. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the remote for 10 seconds until the display shows 'BT CLEAR'. This deletes all paired devices. Then pair your device fresh.
If That Didn't Work
Perform a full factory reset. Unplug the soundbar. Press and hold the 'Source' and 'Volume -' buttons on the soundbar itself. While holding them, plug the power back in. Keep holding for 10 seconds after the lights flash.
Heads Up
After a factory reset, you must re-run the JBL One calibration using the remote. Your previous settings are gone.
