Diagnosis
The system has an air leak or a clogged filter. Weak suction with poor water pickup confirms inadequate vacuum pressure.
How to Fix It
Follow the seal checklist. Ensure the dirty water tank is empty and locked with a firm click. Check that the HEPA filter on the motor lid is correctly seated and clean. Verify the floor head is fully attached to the main body with no gap. Inspect the main hose for any cracks or splits.
If That Didn't Work
The problem is likely the secondary filter in the dirty water tank lid. Remove it and rinse it under cold water. Squeeze it gently—do not wring—and let it air-dry for a full 24 hours. A damp filter destroys suction.
Heads Up
All filters must be bone-dry before reinstallation. Using a single damp filter will cause immediate and severe loss of suction.
