The tank is likely not seated properly or the spray nozzle is clogged.
- Remove the tank by lifting the handle. Check that the tank cap is closed securely.
- Fill the tank with warm water (not boiling), close the cap, and lightly shake it. Listen for water sloshing near the spray nozzle at the front.
- Reattach the tank firmly to the robot until it clicks.
- Start a cleaning job. You should hear a faint spray sound.
If that didn't work, check the spray nozzle opening on the front bottom of the robot for debris. Wipe it gently with a damp cloth. Do not spray water directly into the nozzle or sensors.
Ensure you're using the correct pad type. For wet mopping, you must use a Wet Mopping Pad (single-use or washable). Dry Sweeping Pads are for dusting only.
