DIAGNOSIS: The robot's cliff sensors are detecting a drop-off or the physical obstacle is too high. The m6 has very low clearance.
FIX: The m6 can only climb thresholds up to 0.5 inches (13mm). Measure your threshold. If it's higher, you must use a physical barrier or Virtual Wall in the app to block the area. For low thresholds, ensure the robot's treads are clean and dry for maximum traction.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The robot's bumper may be misaligned from a previous collision. Power it off. Press firmly around the front bumper to ensure it's fully seated and clicks back into place. A loose bumper interferes with impact detection.
HEADS UP: Do not attempt to modify thresholds or use ramps. The m6's navigation relies on a flat floor assumption. Altering this can cause mapping failures and falls.
