DIAGNOSIS: The robot is failing the handshake with your router. This is almost always a 2.4GHz network issue or a firewall setting.
FIX: Ensure your phone is on the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band, not 5GHz. Temporarily disable any VPN on your phone. During setup, place the robot and your phone within 10 feet of the router. Turn off mobile data on your phone to force it to use Wi-Fi.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: Your router's security protocol may be incompatible. Try creating a temporary guest network with WPA2-Personal (AES) encryption only, no special characters in the SSID or password. Connect the m6 to that.
HEADS UP: The Braava Jet M6 cannot connect to enterprise networks with splash pages (like some apartments). It requires a standard residential password-protected network.
