Diagnosis
Your model has the optional i-DOS automatic detergent dosing system. The display is showing that it's in dosing mode, or it's detected a fault with the dosing system—usually empty detergent bottles or a clog in the lines.
How to Fix It
First, check the two detergent bottles in the pull-out drawer on the left side of the machine. Are they empty? Refill them with liquid HE detergent. Close them securely. Then, try to exit the i-DOS mode. Press the i-DOS button repeatedly to cycle through its settings, or press and hold it for a few seconds. You should be able to return to manual cycle selection.
If That Didn't Work
If the bottles are full but the display is stuck, the system might need a reset. Unplug the washer for 5 minutes, then plug it back in. If it's still stuck on i-DOS, there could be a clog in the small hoses that feed detergent from the bottles to the drum, or the dosing pump itself has failed—a known issue that requires service.
Heads Up
If you don't want to use the auto-dosing feature, you can just ignore the bottles and manually add detergent to the drawer like a normal washer. But if the display gets stuck in this mode, it often won't proceed until the system is either reset or repaired.
