DIAGNOSIS The compressor isn't kicking on to cool the coils and condense moisture. This could be a few things, but start with the simplest: the room might not be humid enough, or a safety timer is active.
FIX First, check the room's relative humidity on the display. If it's below about和阿50%, the unit is designed not to run the compressor to save energy. Try it in a damper room like a bathroom after a shower. Also, check that the bucket is seated perfectly. If it was removed recently, the unit has a 3-minute compressor delay before it starts dehumidifying again.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The evaporator coils might be frozen solid. Unplug the unit, pull the bucket, and let it thaw completely for 24 hours in a warm room. If it was running in a cold basement (below 65°F), that's likely the cause. Plug it back in and see if it starts pulling water.
HEADS UP If the coils freeze up repeatedly, the ambient temperature is too low for this model to work properly. It's not designed for unheated spaces in winter.
