First, remove any ice that is in the basket. Then, press and hold the 'Select' button for 5 seconds. The unit will run for 10 more ice-making cycles even with the 'Ice Full' indicator on.
If this keeps happening, direct sunlight or its reflection can cause the infrared sensor to malfunction. Move the unit to a spot with no sunlight.
