The 'ADD WATER' indicator means the water pump can't inject water. Press the ON/OFF button to stop the unit. Fill water up to the MAX water level mark. Press ON/OFF again to restart.
After restarting, allow the refrigerant liquid in the compressor at least 3 minutes to settle before it begins making ice.
