DIAGNOSIS You likely damaged the power cord or its connection to the main control board during the move. A wire may have pulled loose internally.
FIX Check the power cord first. Inspect its entire length for cuts or kinks. Firmly push the plug into the outlet. Try a different outlet on a different circuit. Listen for any faint hum or click when plugged in.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The internal thermal fuse on the control board may have blown. This is a safety device that trips if the compressor overheats. It requires board replacement. Contact Frostorm support.
HEADS UP Let the fridge sit upright for at least 4 hours after moving before plugging it in. Oil in the compressor needs to settle. Plugging in immediately can cause damage.
