Diagnosis
A door that pops open on your Euhomy beverage cooler is almost always due to a pressure imbalance inside the unit, preventing the magnetic seal from engaging. This is caused by the cooling system running while the door isn't perfectly sealed, creating a vacuum. The most common root causes are the refrigerator not being level, the door being misaligned or incorrectly installed after a reversal, or internal shelves obstructing the gasket.
How to Fix It
- Level the Unit: Place the cooler on a hard, flat surface—never carpet. Use a spirit level on top. Adjust the front wheels or leveling legs until the unit is perfectly level side-to-side and front-to-back.
- Check Door Installation: If the door was recently reversed or removed, ensure all hinge screws are fully tightened and the door is squarely seated on the hinges. A misaligned hinge will prevent even closure.
- Inspect the Interior: Remove all shelves and cans. Carefully close the door. If it seals, one of the shelves was likely pushed too far forward, pinching or blocking the rubber door gasket. Reinsert shelves, ensuring they sit fully back in their supports.
- Reset the Seal: Unplug the fridge for 5 minutes to relieve internal pressure. Then, firmly close the door and plug it back in. The magnet should now hold.
If That Didn't Work
Examine the magnetic door gasket itself. Clean it with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Look for any permanent kinks, tears, or gaps. If the gasket is damaged, it will not create a seal and will need replacement. Also, check that nothing external, like the power cord, is routed in a way that gets caught in the door jam.

Running the cooler with a door that won't seal forces the compressor to work continuously, which can lead to premature failure and significantly higher energy consumption. Ensure the door seals properly after any troubleshooting.
