First, make sure the unit is on a hard, level floor. Adjust the wheels or leveling legs if it's unstable. Don't place it on carpet.
If you've recently moved or reversed the door, check that it was reinstalled correctly. Also, verify the shelves are in their correct positions and not blocking the door seal.
