my new euhomy fridge won't turn on at all, no lights or anything, what's wrong?

Check the power supply. Use a dedicated three-hole power socket rated for 15A or more. Do not use a GFCI outlet or an extension cord.

Ensure a house fuse hasn't blown or a circuit breaker hasn't tripped. The unit requires a 115V/60Hz AC supply.
