my new euhomy fridge won't turn on at all, no lights or anything, what's wrong?

Diagnosis

The complete lack of any power indicator lights or signs of life points to a failure in the electrical supply reaching your Euhomy fridge's internal components. The issue is almost certainly external to the refrigerator's cooling system itself.

How to Fix It

Methodically verify the power path from your wall to the fridge.

1. Outlet Test: Unplug the fridge and plug a known-working lamp or phone charger into the same outlet to confirm it's live.
2. Circuit Check: If the outlet is dead, check your home's main electrical panel for a tripped circuit breaker or blown fuse for that circuit and reset/replace it.
3. Direct Connection: Plug the fridge's power cord directly into a dedicated, properly grounded (three-hole) wall outlet rated for 15 amps. Do not use a GFCI outlet (common in kitchens/garages), a power strip, or an extension cord, as these can prevent startup.
