my ice cubes keep sticking together in a big clump, how do i stop that?

Select the small ice cube size. The sticking is most common when the room temperature is lower than 60°F.

Also check your water temperature. Water in the inner tank should be between 40°F and 90°F. If it's too low, replace it with warmer water.
