FIX Confirm the thermostat is set above the snowflake symbol. Perform a reset: unplug for 10 minutes, then plug in and set thermostat to max. Listen closely for a faint click (thermostat engaging) after 2-3 minutes. Touch the fins—they should begin warming at the bottom first.
