DIAGNOSIS This is the sound of the physical lens shutter switching between the wide-angle and telephoto lenses during auto-tracking or manual view switching.
FIX The noise is a normal mechanical operation. To reduce its frequency, disable auto-tracking. In the camera settings in the app, find 'Auto-Tracking' (or 'Auto-Zoom Tracking') and toggle it OFF. The camera will then default to the wide-angle view unless you manually zoom.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If the clicking is constant, rapid, and not associated with viewing changes, it may indicate a mechanical fault. Contact Eufy Support. Note the exact pattern (e.g., 'clicks every 10 seconds regardless of app activity').
HEADS UP The clicking is most audible in very quiet environments. It is not a sign of failure, but a design characteristic of the dual-lens system.
