DIAGNOSIS The SE2426H has a basic tilt-only stand with no height or swivel adjustment. The wobble is inherent to the lightweight design, but excessive forward tilt means the tilt mechanism isn't engaged correctly.
FIX Lift the monitor slightly to disengage the stand. Look at the rectangular slot on the stand neck—ensure the monitor's mounting hook is fully seated at the BACK of that slot, not the front. Push down firmly until you hear a click.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The only fix for instability is replacement. This monitor uses a standard 100x100mm VESA mount. Buy a reliable, cheap third-party monitor arm or stand (like from Amazon Basics or VIVO) for solid stability and full adjustability.
HEADS UP When attaching a VESA arm, you'll need to remove the default stand by pressing the quick-release latch at the back and pulling the stand downward. The monitor itself is lightweight and easy to mount.
