Diagnosis
The built-in microphone array is likely being obstructed or is dirty. Dust and grime on the top panel directly block the mics.
How to Fix It
Power off and clean the top surface. Use a dry, soft, lint-free cloth to gently but firmly wipe the entire glossy top panel, especially the areas near the front edge. Do not use liquids or cleaners.
If That Didn't Work
Check for physical obstructions. Remove any objects placed on or directly in front of the soundbar (even a thin piece of paper). Ensure it’s not tucked into a deep media cabinet shelf, as that creates an acoustic barrier.
Heads Up
The mics automatically mute when the status light is solid amber for privacy. If the light is amber, press the microphone button on the remote to re-enable them (light turns white).
