Diagnosis
Interference from other devices or a router compatibility setting. The soundbar's Wi-Fi radio is less robust than a phone or computer.
How to Fix It
Change your router's Wi-Fi channel. Log into your router settings and switch the 2.4GHz band to a fixed channel (1, 6, or 11). Avoid “Auto.” Keep the soundbar away from microwaves, cordless phones, and dense metal objects.
If That Didn't Work
The soundbar’s network settings may be corrupted. In the Bose Music app, remove the soundbar from your account, perform a factory reset (hold the Power and Skip Forward buttons for 10 seconds), and set it up again as new.
Heads Up
If you have a mesh network, the soundbar can get confused hopping between nodes. Try assigning it to a single node or creating a separate 2.4GHz SSID just for it.
