Diagnosis
Weak or unstable 2.4 GHz WiFi signal. The range's wireless module has a mediocre antenna. It also does not handle network switching well.
How to Fix It
Move your router closer or use a WiFi extender on the 2.4 GHz band. In your router settings, ensure the 2.4 GHz band is active and not on a crowded channel. Avoid using mesh networks that steer devices between nodes.
If That Didn't Work
The main control board's WiFi module may be failing. A full factory reset of the range's network settings can sometimes re-establish a stable connection. Use the settings menu on the range.
Heads Up
The range only works on 2.4 GHz networks. It cannot connect to 5 GHz. Dual-band network names (SSIDs) that are the same for both bands can confuse it. Temporarily split them.
