DIAGNOSIS After descaling, the most likely cause is a physical clog in the spray head holes from loosened mineral scale chunks or a failed pump (though the pump rarely fails).
FIX Manually clear the spray head. Unplug the machine and let it cool. Remove the brew basket. Look up at the shower head (the part with several small holes). Use a straight pin or a toothpick to gently poke through each hole to dislodge any debris. Be gentle—don't widen the holes.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The internal water inlet tube from the reservoir might be kinked or blocked. Check the small silicone tube inside the water tank area where it connects. Ensure it's not pinched and that the one-way valve (a small white plastic piece) isn't clogged. You may need to flush it with water using a syringe.
HEADS UP When descaling, always finish with multiple clear water rinse cycles. Leftover vinegar solution or dislodged scale can re-clog the system as it dries, making the problem worse than when you started.
