DIAGNOSIS This is an automatic safety shut-off. The unit has likely detected an overheating condition or a voltage fluctuation.
FIX First, check the power source. Plug the fryer directly into a wall outlet. Do not use a power strip or extension cord. Ensure the outlet provides stable 120V power. Second, verify the air intake and exhaust vents on the back and top are completely unobstructed.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The internal thermal fuse may be tripping prematurely due to a faulty component. This is not user-serviceable. You must initiate a warranty claim.
HEADS UP Always maintain at least 5 inches of clearance on all sides, especially the rear. Blocked vents will cause immediate overheating and shutdown.
