DIAGNOSIS Intermittent wireless connectivity is typically caused by an IP address conflict or the printer's power-saving mode disrupting the network stack.

FIX 1. Assign a static IP address to the printer in your router settings. 2. On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Network > Wireless > Advanced Settings > TCP/IP. Note the current IP. 3. Configure your router to reserve that IP for the printer's MAC address (found in the same menu).

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Disable the printer's sleep timer. On the control panel, navigate to Setup > System Setup > Sleep Timeout and set it to Maximum.

HEADS UP If using a mesh Wi-Fi system, ensure the printer is connected to the main router node, not a satellite that may have a weaker signal.
