DIAGNOSIS Condensation drip. The cold outer bowl causes humid room air to condense on its surface during the spin cycle. Water runs down the bowl and pools under the base.
FIX This is normal operation in humid environments. Place the Creami on a silicone mat or a towel during use. Ensure the unit is on a level, waterproof surface. Wipe down the outer bowl with a dry cloth before and after use to minimize the moisture layer.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If the water is excessive or appears to be coming from inside the base, stop use. Unplug and dry the unit thoroughly. The condensation drain channels inside the housing may be blocked. This is not a common user-serviceable fix.
HEADS UP This is water, not a chemical coolant leak. However, always unplug the appliance before cleaning up any liquid. Do not operate the machine in a standing puddle of water.
