brother 1360 printer keeps printing photos with white borders, how do i get it to print full page borderless?

— asked by Chloe

You need to select the Borderless option, but it might be unavailable with your current driver.

First, make sure you're using the Brother Print Support App. If you're on Windows 11, the standard driver won't have this feature. Install the app via Settings > Printers & scanners.

Once the app is installed:

  1. When printing, select your printer and click properties.
  2. In the Print Settings window, go to the Basic section.
  3. Find the 'Borderless' option and select it.

A couple things to know: The image is made slightly larger than the paper, which can crop the edges. Also, Borderless isn't available for every combination of media type and print quality.

If that didn't work, check that you've loaded the correct paper size in the tray and that you've selected the matching paper size in the app's Basic settings.
