You need to pick the one that matches your Windows installation. Here's how to check.
On your Windows PC, go to Settings > System > About. Look for "System type." It will say either "64-bit operating system, x64-based processor" or "32-bit operating system, x86-based processor."
Then, select the corresponding driver:
- If it says 64-bit/x64, download and install the 64-bit (x64) driver.
- If it says 32-bit/x86, download and install the 32-bit (x86) driver.
If that didn't work: The printer supports both types on Windows 7 SP1, 8, 8.1, and 10. If the install still fails, confirm your exact Windows version is on the supported list. For example, Windows 10 Enterprise is supported, but other editions like 'Windows 10 S Mode' might not be.
Heads up: Installing the wrong driver type (32-bit on a 64-bit system) will often fail silently or cause printing problems later.
