Yes. Use the DEHYDRATE function.
- Install the crisper plate in the basket. Place ingredients in the basket. Insert the basket.
- Press the Power button. The unit defaults to zone 1. Select the DEHYDRATE function button.
- Use the TEMP arrows to set the temperature (refer to recipe guides for specifics).
- Use the TIME arrows to set the time. You can set up to 1 hour in 1-minute increments. For longer dehydration, you'll need to restart cycles.
- Press START/PAUSE to begin.
To use both zones for dehydrating: Set zone 1 as above. For zone 2, you can either set it independently or use MATCH COOK to copy zone 1's settings. Press MATCH COOK, then START/PAUSE for both zones.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: Ensure the baskets and crisper plates are clean and dry before use. Do not overfill the baskets, as this blocks air circulation needed for dehydrating.
HEADS UP: The baskets and crisper plates are dishwasher-safe for cleaning. Never clean the main unit in the dishwasher.
