my ninja foodi dualzone air fryer won't turn on at all, power button does nothing

It's not getting power. Check the outlet and the plug connection first.

1. Unplug the unit from the wall outlet.
2. Check the polarized plug. One blade is wider than the other. Ensure it fits fully into the outlet. If it doesn't, reverse the plug. If it still doesn't fit, the outlet is incompatible—use a different one.
3. Plug the cord directly into a working 120V wall outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
4. Press the Power button. The button should light up.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The unit might be in standby mode after 10 minutes of inactivity—the Power button will be dimly lit. Press it to wake the unit. If there's still no response, inspect the power cord for damage. Do not use the appliance if the cord or plug is damaged.

HEADS UP: Always press the Power button to turn the unit off, then unplug from the socket when not in use and before cleaning.
