- Load the legal paper into the rear paper feed tray. Adjust the paper width guides to fit the 8.5-inch width.
- On your computer, in the print dialog box, go to Properties or Preferences.
- Select the "Paper" or "Page Setup" tab. Change the Paper Size setting from "Letter" to "Legal" (8.5 x 14 in).
- Send the print job.
