One of the coffee spouts is blocked with old coffee grounds or scale.
Fix: Unplug the machine and let it cool. Use a toothpick to gently clear any obstruction from the blocked spout. Run a rinse cycle afterwards to clear any debris.
If that didn't work: The infuser or internal pathways may need a more thorough cleaning. Descaling the machine and cleaning the infuser assembly can often resolve this.
