Grind is too fine. Adjust the grinder coarser.

1. Turn the grinding adjustment dial one click clockwise while the coffee mill is running.
2. Make two coffees. The effect is only visible after two cycles.
3. If still too slow, repeat step 1.

If that doesn't work, the spouts could be blocked. Clean them with a toothpick.

For prevention, use the machine's rinse function regularly and ensure you're using the correct beans for espresso.
