The coffee is ground too finely. It's packing the filter basket.
Fix: Turn the grinding adjustment dial one click clockwise while the coffee mill is running. Make one coffee. If it's still slow, turn it one more click clockwise and make another coffee. The effect is only visible after delivering two coffees.
If that didn't work: Check if one of the coffee spouts is blocked. Clean any blockage with a toothpick.
Heads up: Always adjust the grinder while it's running. Don't force the dial.
