Diagnosis
Water is escaping the tub seal. The most common source is a leaking door gasket or a misaligned door.
How to Fix It
Inspect the entire door gasket (the black rubber seal around the tub opening). Look for tears, folds, or food debris stuck in it. Clean it thoroughly. Ensure the door is not sagging on its hinges. Adjust the leveling legs so the unit is perfectly plumb.
If That Didn't Work
The leak could be from a cracked sump housing or a loose supply line connection inside the unit. You will need to remove the lower access panel and run a cycle while watching for the exact leak source.
Heads Up
Overloading detergent or using the wrong type (like regular dish soap) causes massive suds that can push past the gasket. Use only专用 dishwasher detergent pods or powder.
