Diagnosis
Dust and debris are caught in the polyester fabric. Do not use liquids or vacuum cleaners directly on it.
How to Fix It
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Gently wipe the grille in one direction. For deeper dust, use a soft-bristled brush like a clean paintbrush or a dedicated electronics duster. Brush lightly across the fabric.
If That Didn't Work
For stains, slightly dampen a microfiber cloth with water. Wring it out completely so it is barely damp. Wipe the affected area gently. Let it air dry fully before use. Never spray cleaner directly onto the speaker.
Heads Up
The grille is not user-removable on the Era 100. Do not try to pry it off. You will damage the plastic clips and void your warranty. Clean only the exterior surface.
