Diagnosis
You are observing the standard charging indicator behavior. The light patterns are specific and indicate charge status.
How to Fix It
Understand the light codes.
- Flashing white light: Actively charging.
- Solid white light: Fully charged.
- Slow flashing amber light: Battery is critically low.
- Fast flashing amber light: Charging error or incompatible charger.
If That Didn't Work
If the light remains solid white but runtime is very short (under 5 minutes), the battery may be degraded. Perform a discharge test. Use the brush from a solid white light until it dies. A healthy battery provides approximately 2 weeks of use (twice daily, 2 minutes).
Heads Up
The first full charge out of the box takes 24 hours. Subsequent charges require less time. Leaving it on the charger indefinitely does not harm the battery.
