Diagnosis
The brush is in travel lock mode. This mode activates automatically after non-use or can be triggered manually to prevent accidental activation.
How to Fix It
1. Hold down the power button for 3 seconds.
2. Release when the green light blinks three times.
3. The travel lock is now deactivated. The brush will respond to a normal press.
If That Didn't Work
Perform a hard reset. Place the brush on the charger for at least 30 minutes. Then press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds until all lights blink. Release. This clears any temporary memory errors.
Heads Up
The travel lock can re-engage automatically if the brush is left unused for an extended period. The deactivation sequence is always the same.
