The Orbi can auto-detect IPv6, but sometimes you must manually configure it.
- Connect a computer or mobile device to your Orbi network.
- Launch a web browser and go to orbilogin.com.
- Log in. Username is admin. Password is the one you set.
- Select ADVANCED > Advanced > IPv6.
- From the Internet Connection Type menu, choose your ISP's IPv6 type. If unsure, start with Auto Detect. If that fails, select Auto Config.
- For a Fixed IPv6 connection, you must enter the IPv6 Address/Prefix Length, Default IPv6 Gateway, and DNS server addresses provided by your ISP.
- Click the Apply button.
If auto-detection or auto-configuration didn't work, contact your ISP for the specific IPv6 connection information required.
Your ISP must provide the exact configuration details.
