The Bluetooth pairing process between the Designer 650 base and your mobile device has failed or the connection is unstable.
How to Fix It
Ensure the blender is powered on and within 3 feet of your phone. Delete the blender from your phone's Bluetooth device list. Force quit and reopen the Blendtec app. Follow the in-app pairing instructions precisely; it requires pressing specific physical buttons on the blender base in sequence.
If That Didn't Work
The issue may be related to your phone's operating system. Confirm the Blendtec app is updated to the latest version. Check your phone's app permissions to ensure Bluetooth and Location services are enabled for the Blendtec app.
Heads Up
The blender's Bluetooth is for app control only. It does not support standard audio streaming or file transfer protocols.
