Diagnosis
The unit is in a protective shipping mode. The control panel is deliberately disabled to prevent damage during transit.
How to Fix It
Plug the power cord directly into a wall outlet, not a power strip. Locate the small pinhole 'Reset' button on the back of the unit, near the power input. Use a paperclip to press and hold this button for 3 seconds while the unit is plugged in. The control panel should activate.
If That Didn't Work
Confirm you are using the original 24V DC power adapter. A third-party adapter with incorrect voltage or amperage will not power the control board correctly. Check the adapter's label for output: DC 24V 2.5A.
Heads Up
The first boot sequence can take up to 10 seconds after plugging in. Do not repeatedly press the reset button during this time. Wait for the system to fully initialize.
