Diagnosis
A solid red status light indicates a critical fault. The unit has entered a safety lockout state.
How to Fix It
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet for 60 seconds. Plug it back in. The light should turn white. Press the power button. If the red light returns, the issue is with the internal power supply or main control board.
If That Didn't Work
Try a different power outlet. Check that you are using the original Molekule power cord. A non-standard cord can trigger the fault.
Heads Up
A persistent solid red light after these steps requires contacting Molekule support. The unit will not operate in this state.
