DIAGNOSIS The washer is out of level, or the shipping bolts (or one of them) were not fully removed during installation.
FIX First, confirm all four shipping bolts at the back of the cabinet are completely removed (not just loosened). Then, use a carpenter's level on the washer top. Adjust the front leveling legs by turning them clockwise to raise or counter-clockwise to lower. Check side-to-side and front-to-back.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The suspension rods that cushion the tub might be damaged or disconnected. This requires tilting the washer back to inspect—if one is broken, the tub will be uneven and cause extreme vibration.
HEADS UP An unbalanced washer isn't just noisy; it will self-destruct over time. Don't use it until the vibration is resolved. Also, ensure the floor itself is solid, not a springy wooden subfloor.
