DIAGNOSIS The mower is docked but not charging. The most common cause is dirty or corroded charging contacts.
FIX Power off the mower at the main switch. Clean the three charging pins on the mower's underside with a small wire brush or fine sandpaper. Clean the corresponding charging plates inside the station with isopropyl alcohol and a cloth. Ensure no grass clippings are blocking contact.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Check the power supply (transformer) for the charging station. The green LED should be lit. If it's off, test the outlet and replace the power supply if needed.
HEADS UP Always power off the mower before cleaning contacts. Corrosion here is the number one cause of 'stationary beeping' faults.
