Yes. The filter is not sealed correctly in the reservoir. The groove on the filter is not aligned with the ridge inside the reservoir.
Remove the filter. Line up the groove on the filter with the ridge inside the reservoir. Press down firmly until you feel a tight seal. Do not twist it.
If that didn't work, check the filter type. A LONGLAST (blue) filter is for LONGLAST mode. A standard (white) filter is for standard mode. Using the wrong one doesn't cause a leak, but it will mess up the indicator. The leak is purely a seating issue.
Heads up: When filling, pour water onto the side of the reservoir, not directly on top of the filter. This prevents disturbing the seal.
