DIAGNOSIS This is almost always a power supply issue, not the fryer itself. The Cosori Dual Blaze is a high-power appliance and needs a solid electrical connection.
FIX First, check the power cord is fully seated into the back of the unit—it can look plugged in but not be clicked in all the way. Next, make sure you're using a proper 120V wall outlet. Don't use an extension cord or a power strip; plug it directly into the wall. The outlet itself might be the problem, so try a different one in your kitchen.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The thermal fuse inside the unit might have blown from a previous overheating event. This is a safety cut-off. You'd need to contact Cosori support to get a replacement fuse or unit.
HEADS UP Yeah, this one's common. These things draw a lot of power (around 1700 watts). A loose plug or a flaky outlet is the culprit 9 times out of 10.
