The E04 error code on your Cosori Turboblaze Air Fryer indicates an incorrect voltage supply. Specifically, it means the appliance has detected it is connected to a 220–240V power outlet. This model (designed for the North American market) requires a 120V, 60Hz electrical system to operate safely and correctly.
How to Fix It
- Immediately turn off the air fryer using the power button.
- Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet. Do not ignore this error.
- Check the voltage rating on the label of the air fryer or its power cord to confirm it is 120V.
- Ensure you are plugging it into a standard 120V household outlet. If you are using a travel adapter or are in a country with a 220V+ standard, you will need a step-down voltage transformer rated for the fryer's wattage (typically 1700W).
- After confirming a proper 120V connection, plug the air fryer back in. The E04 error should clear, allowing normal use.
If That Didn't Work
If the error persists after connecting to a verified 120V outlet:
- Try a different 120V outlet on a different circuit to rule out a wiring issue.
- Inspect the power cord and plug for any damage.
- If the error code remains, the internal voltage detection circuit may have been damaged by the initial incorrect voltage. In this case, contact Cosori customer support for further troubleshooting or potential warranty service.
