my dekopro 20v drill won't turn on at all, just dead, anyone know what's wrong?

The battery is not properly seated or is discharged.

FIX:

1. Remove the battery pack by pressing the release button (9).
2. Check the battery indicator (10) on the pack. If it shows no charge, place it on the specified DEKO charger.
3. Reinstall the battery. Align it with the rails inside the tool's handle and slide it in firmly until it seats and does not disengage.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The forward/reverse switch (4) is in the center (lock-off) position. Depress the button on the right side for forward rotation or left for reverse. The tool will not run if the switch is centered.

HEADS UP: If the tool still doesn't operate with a charged battery and the switch out of the center position, the switch itself may be faulty. A power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired by a qualified person using DEKO replacement parts.
