my delonghi automatic coffee maker won't turn on at all, no lights. checked the outlet. what now?

Let's check the two simple things that are most often overlooked.

Fix:

1. First, make sure it's actually plugged into the wall socket.
2. Second, locate the main switch on the back of the machine. Make sure it's flipped to the "I" position (on). If it's at "0", turn it on.

If that didn't work: With the machine unplugged, check the power cord for any damage. If the cord or plug is damaged, do not use the appliance. Contact De'Longhi Customer Service for repair.
