my delonghi magnifica s espresso machine is on but no coffee comes out, just a drop or two

Your coffee is ground too finely, choking the machine. Adjust the grind immediately.

1. While the coffee mill is running, turn the grinding adjustment dial one click clockwise.
2. Deliver two coffees to see the effect. The change isn't instant.
3. If it's still too slow, repeat: one more click clockwise, then two more coffees.

If that didn't work: Check the spouts for a blockage. Clean any obstruction with a toothpick.

Heads up: Always make a couple of coffees after any grind adjustment to let the change take effect.
