DIAGNOSIS The heater is not receiving power. The most common cause is an unset thermostat dial or a triggered internal thermal cut-out.
FIX First, verify the thermostat dial is not set to the snowflake (✱) symbol. Turn it clockwise to a heat setting (e.g., 3). Next, perform a full reset. Unplug the heater. Wait 10 minutes. Plug it back in. Turn the thermostat knob from 0 to max and back to a mid-setting. The power light should illuminate.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The internal thermal safety cut-out may have failed permanently. This requires a service technician to replace the thermal fuse.
HEADS UP Never plug this heater into an outlet controlled by a wall switch. Ensure the plug is fully seated in the outlet.
