Cassette rollers are dirty. Clean them.
- Turn off and unplug the printer. Disconnect all cables.
- Slide out the paper cassette and remove all paper.
- Warning: Carefully place the printer on its side.
- Use a soft, moist cloth to clean the cassette rollers. Gently rotate them to clean completely.
- Return the printer to its normal position. Caution: Do not leave it on its side; ink may leak.
- Reload paper, reinsert the cassette, and reconnect power and cables.
